| Original Art Quilts and ACEO Art Cards By Carol Zinn |
My name is Carol Zinn and as a person who loves sewing and all kinds
of crafts, there is always a project in the works. For many years I
have created hand made collector bears but have since moved on to
one of my first loves........that of quilting and painting. Using skills self
taught over the years (many of them), I am now offering original
pictorial art quilts and traditional quilted wall hangings. Each wall
hanging is an original one-of-a-kind. Using a variety of techniques and
fabrics to create my quilts. Most of my pictorial quilts are inspired by
pictures taken by myself or family members. Some look like a painting
but are created using fabric instead of paint.
My ACEO Art Cards are original acrylic paintings on a canvas
measuring 2 1/2" by 3/12" usually inspired by photos taken by me or
family members. Some art cards are felted or teeny tiny art quilts.
These little works of art are also originals.
